Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking). Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyze key sales metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, customer lifetime value) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a sales leadership or high-performing sales role.
