Description
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce and sell software solutions.
- Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Effectively handle objections and convert prospects into clients.
- Update CRM with detailed and accurate notes after each interaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (Speaking & Writing) is mandatory.
- Speaking Arabic will be a plus.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in software, SaaS, or tech solutions).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
