We are looking for a Chat-Based Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and technology. As a Chat-Based Sales Intern, you will be responsible for communicating with potential customers via online chat platforms, guiding them through our services, and assisting in closing sales.
- Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: (Mon - Sat)
- Qualification: Intermediate/Graduation
- Gender: Female
- Pay: From Rs15,000.00 per month
- Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi
- Salary: 15,000 stipend
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram and LinkedIn
- Build positive relationships with customers through engaging and professional communication.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.
- Follow up on potential leads to encourage conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets.
- Report daily leads and conversions to the Sales Manager.
- Provide product/service information to customers accurately.
