Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage ou sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies to expand our client base, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional marketing solutions to clients within the real estate sector. Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Provide guidance on sales tactics, closing deals, and optimizing sales pipelines.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with company objectives.

Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and target potential real estate clients (developers, brokers, agents, and property managers). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Use data and insights to optimize sales efforts and stay ahead of industry developments.

Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Lead client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Understand client needs and present tailored real estate marketing solutions that drive value.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and key metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward sales goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing solutions and services to clients.

Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on new products, services, and industry best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or related fields, with at least a years in a leadership or management role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate or related industries.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate marketing techniques, trends, and technologies.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
