Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Provide guidance on sales tactics, closing deals, and optimizing sales pipelines. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with company objectives. Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and target potential real estate clients (developers, brokers, agents, and property managers). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships. Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Use data and insights to optimize sales efforts and stay ahead of industry developments. Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Lead client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Understand client needs and present tailored real estate marketing solutions that drive value. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and key metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward sales goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing solutions and services to clients. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on new products, services, and industry best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
