We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Lead to oversee and drive sales for our cost estimation services targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, an in-depth understanding of cost estimation services, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including prior experience in outbound sales calling.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote cost estimation services in the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing and estimation teams to align sales initiatives with market trends and client needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in outbound sales calling is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on cost estimation services targeting the US market.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
