Job Overview:

Proto IT Consultants is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with expertise in MERN stack

or mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Development

experience and 2+ years in project management, leading cross-functional teams, planning and

executing projects, and ensuring timely delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and

organizational skills are essential to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to

deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and deadlines.

• Team Coordination: Manage engineers, designers, and stakeholders to optimize resource

allocation and maintain productivity.

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and

business units, providing updates, reports, and addressing concerns proactively.

• Technical Oversight: Ensure technical solutions meet project requirements, industry

standards, and business goals.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential project risks to prevent delays and

disruptions.

• Timeline & Budget Management: Track milestones, control budgets, and ensure efficient

project execution.

• Process Optimization: Continuously refine project management methodologies to

improve workflow efficiency.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of project activities

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack or mobile application development.

• 2+ years of proven experience in technical project management.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud computing, and DevOps.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS

Project.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AI-driven solutions is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred

Required Skills
