With 3+ years of experience: 45k - 65k + commission
Work-style: Onsite + day shift
Timings: Mon-Sat + 10 am - 7 pm
About the role
We are looking for 8 Sales Executives to sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in solar sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential residential and commercial clients for solar energy solutions.
- Conduct site visits and provide tailored solar proposals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Educate customers on the benefits and ROI of solar energy solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the technical team for seamless project execution.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in solar sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of solar products, energy solutions, and net metering.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
