- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native solutions using Python and AWS.
- Write, optimize, and execute automated test suites to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Deliver scalable and robust software architecture aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and pre-production environments.
- Provide technical mentorship to peers and contribute to engineering discussions.
- Document technical designs, architectures, and solutions for internal reference and compliance.
- Stay updated on emerging tech trends in cloud and DevOps.

Requirements
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including LLMs and ML frameworks.
- Ability to work within the East Coast time zone for team collaboration.
- Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure productive collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in relevant roles.
- Proficiency in Python and AWS, with hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and solutions.
- Strong understanding of data transformation and pipeline development.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and writing test suites.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with cloud-native software architectures and principles for building robust and resilient systems.
- Familiarity with best programming practices in Python.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

- Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure productive collaboration
Nice to have
- Hands-on knowledge of Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Experience in building scalable software solutions using best practices in cloud and DevOps.
- Knowledge about pre-sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with EDI 837/X12 formats and experience with medical claims systems like Eldorado is a plus.
