Description
Duty Timing
- Rotational Shifts:
- One week of night shift (9 PM to 5 AM) followed by one week of morning shift (5 AM to 01 PM).
- 4 days off between each shift rotation.
- Weekend Shifts:
- Saturdays and Sundays: 12-hour shifts each.
- Monthly Schedule (Rota):
- 4 days off after working for 7 consecutive days.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure construction sites using CCTV cameras to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
- Lead and supervise a team of two watchers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Communicate with Scotland's response/support team in English for incident reporting and coordination.
- Exhibit strong English communication and leadership skills in managing the team and collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a small team effectively.
- Experience in monitoring and managing security systems, particularly CCTV cameras.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night and morning schedules.
- Punctuality, responsibility, and adaptability to schedule changes.
