Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls: Connect with potential customers to promote BIMA's insurance and health services.
• Mobile Wallet Support: Guide customers through secure payment processes using mobile wallets.
• Customer Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking motivated individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, telemarketing, or mobile wallet services is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Confidence and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Basic knowledge of digital payments and mobile wallet functionality.
