Description

A Tele sales Representative identifies and secures strategic growth opportunities, builds and nurtures client relationships, and helps expand the company's market share and revenue. This individual works closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and product to align efforts with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, sector dynamics, and potential opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Outbound calling
  • Data scraping
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on sales activity and pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
