Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of telesales representatives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are met.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Analyze sales data and provide reports to senior management.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on achieving KPIs and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate individuals and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
