Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordination Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing the registration process for trainees in our training programs and ensuring smooth coordination and support for them throughout the training period. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy working with people, and are eager to develop their skills in administrative and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in registering trainees for various training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee information and registrations.
- Serve as the point of contact for trainees, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Coordinate communication and updates regarding program schedules, materials, and requirements.
- Monitor and manage attendance and feedback during training sessions.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure a seamless experience for trainees.
- Suggest and implement improvements to the registration and coordination process.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online communication tools.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
