Description

Key Responsibilities:*  

- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base.  

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.  

- Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.   

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.  

- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.  

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.  

- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.  

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.  


*Qualifications:*  

- 6 months to 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related field.  

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.  

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.  

- Knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry is a plus.  

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.  

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
