Role Overview

The Upwork Proposal Writer will play a key role in securing freelance projects by crafting professional, persuasive, and client-focused proposals. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in content writing, business communication, or freelance bidding, who are eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Write well-structured, professional, and persuasive proposals aligned with client needs.
• Maintain and optimize Alpha Creations’ Upwork profile for better visibility.
• Communicate with potential clients to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.
• Track submitted proposals, maintain records, and provide regular reporting.
• Collaborate with the business development manager to refine bidding strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork proposal writing or freelance bidding.
• Strong background in professional content writing (proposals, business communication, or client pitches).
• Excellent written English with the ability to create engaging, error-free content.
• Basic understanding of IT services (video editing proposals) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.
