Responsibilities

• Verify sales leads and ensure accuracy in communication
• Cross-check information provided by CSR and confirm customer details
• Maintain records of calls and update CRM
• Provide real-time feedback to teams
• Report suspicious/fake leads for quality assurance

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center or verification role
• Good communication & listening skills
• Confidence in interacting with customers over calls
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate education or above
